Please read our "Reservations" policy as it directly affects shipping. Hygra expects all Hydronaut's to arrive at our facility between Winter 2024 and early Spring 2025. Upon arrival, every Hygra customer will be promptly notified that their Hydronaut will be shipping soon. We anticipate shipping units out within 1-2 weeks of receiving them at our facility. During this period, we will carefully inspect each pair to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Once your Hydronaut is shipped, you will receive updated tracking information so you can monitor the journey of your shoes from our facility to your doorstep. We are committed to providing you with timely and transparent updates throughout the shipping process to ensure a seamless and exciting delivery experience.
Due to the nature of Hygra manufacturing the Hydronaut shoe on a per-purchase basis, we are unable to provide returns. As a startup, funds generated through reservations are directed towards manufacturing tooling and sourcing materials, which is why returns are not currently possible. However, as we grow, this policy will change, allowing us to offer more flexibility to our customers
Placing your reservation will guarantee your purchase of your selected model. Manufacturing will commence in Fall 2024, with production times varying due to the intricate tooling and complex processes involved. We will keep each Hygra customer updated throughout this journey. All reservations made in 2024 are expected to ship between Winter 2024 and early Spring 2025.
The Hydronaut fits fairly true to size. We recommend staying true to size but if you do wear a half size, to size up (for example: 9.5 size up to a 10).
You may have noticed that there is a size 13.5 available. Due to molds being extremely expensive and the Hygra brand being new (and not knowing our target size demographic) we created this option for those that wear a size 13 or 14. This option should fit both very comfortably.
